Personal Information Collected

The UMS Website is designed to permit members to voluntarily provide information about themselves for the purposes of enhancing their experience on the site. Registration

The name and email address of a person that you invite to become your Friend will be used only to send your invitation and related reminders.

Like most websites, the UMS Website uses cookies and web log files to track site usage. Uses of Personal Information

The UMS Website is an online service that allows movie fans to connect with one another. The personally identifiable information you choose to provide on our website is used to help you describe yourself to other members. Other information, that does not personally identify you as an individual, is collected by the UMS Website from members (such as, for example, patterns of utilization of the Website or Services) and is exclusively owned by Ultimate Movie Site. We can utilize this information in such manner as we, in our sole discretion, deem appropriate.

Ultimate Movie Site Communications

Ultimate Movie Site will communicate with you through email and notices posted on the UMS Website or through other means available through the Services, including text and other forms of messaging. If we send any communications to you via the carrier service with which you have a mobile communications subscription or otherwise have access, you understand you will pay any service fees associated with any such access (including text messaging charges for messages to your mobile device). Customized Content

Information provided to the UMS Website (or to third parties with whom Ultimate Movie Site offers combined services) is also used to customize your experience on our website. For example, when you login to your account, the usernames of new members who have recently joined may be displayed to you.

Whatever you post on the Website, you post at your own risk. No security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee that what you post on the Website will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. You also understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of whatever you post may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if others have copied or stored what you have posted.

Communications to Other Members
